All Neighborhood Garage Sale Usually held in June and collectively advertised by interested members. Help is needed to place signs, etc.

All-Neighborhood Summer Picnic Held on the grounds of the Kneeland-Walker Mansion in July. Help is needed to plan and organize children¹s games, raffles, recipe contests, supplies, etc.

Nighttime Trick-or-Treating Our neighborhood sponsored event is enjoyed by young and old alike!

Christmas Party Traditionally held in the beautifully decorated Kneeland-Walker Mansion the first weekend in December. An elegant affair that requires both planning and day-of help.

Kneeland-Walker Fundraiser: Mystery at the Mansion in Winter of 2005 A "mystery" play with audience interaction that includes great food and drink. Volunteers needed in all aspects of production.

Spring Easter Egg Hunt Annual Egg Hunt held on the grounds of the Kneeland-Walker Mansion and scheduled for the Saturday morning prior to Easter.
